To apply for a Virtual Fee Waiver (based on financial need) you MUST first be a member of the NAASC Community group*

Do not register now if you will apply for a VIRTUAL registration waiver. You must first become a member to apply and then you should wait to register until you are notified if you have been awarded a fee waiver. VIRTUAL FEE waiver awards will be announced May 15 and awardees must register by May 31 or any submitted abstract will be removed.

Important Deadlines

  1. April 1: Virtual Fee waiver application opens (You must be a member of the NAASC Community group to apply*)
  2. April 13: deadline to become a member* to get the Virtual early bird fee
  3. April 15: Early Bird (discounted fee) deadline & Deadline to submit an abstract for a talk
  4. April 26: Deadline to become a member* to submit a virtual fee waiver application.
  5. May 1: Deadline to apply for a Virtual fee waiver (You must be a member of the NAASC Community group to apply*)
  6. ~May 10-15- Session chairs will email selected speakers from abstract submissions
  7. May 15- Virtual fee awardees will be notified by email. All Virtual awardees must register by May 31 or their participation & abstract (if applicable) is canceled
  8. May 24- deadline for selected abstract speakers to accept or their slot will be given to an alternative speaker
  9. May 31: Deadline to register or your participation is canceled.
  10. July 1: Deadline to transfer your paid registration to someone else, with no fee (must notify icar.registrar@gmail.com in writing) & Deadline to cancel Virtual registration (must notify icar.registrar@gmail.com in writing; $30 cancellation fee)
  11. July 8: Regular fee ends.
